Cardio Blast is a high intensity interval training class focused on cardio movements. This class offers plyometric movements to rapidly increase your heart rate, followed by small windows of rest. This is a challenging class that tends to burn more fat and calories in less time. The instructor will offer modifications so people at all fitness levels are able to participate.
