Yoga Therapeutics for Healthy Hips with Audrey Allen


Discover the power of yoga to support hip health in this therapeutic workshop designed to cultivate strength, mobility, and balance in the hips. Through an integrated approach that combines functional strength-building, mindful stretching, and therapeutic yoga postures (asanas), we’ll work to both stabilize and open the hip joints—supporting greater ease and freedom in everyday movement.

This practice will also include breathwork (pranayama) to regulate the nervous system and balance the energy body, promoting a sense of wholeness and well-being from the inside out.

In addition to physical techniques, this workshop is an invitation to deepen your understanding of your own body. Each of us is unique, and yoga does not look—or feel—the same for everyone. You’ll be encouraged to explore what works for you, learning to listen to your body’s cues and adapt the practice to your individual needs.
