Intro to Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop
Arm balancing is an intriguing practice that straddles the line between Yoga and strength work. This introductory workshop covers beginner-level poses that are accessible to Yogis with at least six months of experience.
Arm balancing is not a superpower! You’ll learn how to ease into arm balances, using your body geometry to support your weight in ways that you never thought possible!Poses covered include mountain climber, crow, side crow, tripod headstand and more.
What to bring:
A mat and a sense of openness! Wearing leggings (vs. shorts) is recommended but not required.
