International Yoga Day Community Flow

Celebrate International Yoga Day with us on Sun., June 21st from 9–10am for a FREE community yoga class led by Alison in front of the Bankhead Theater.

Move, breathe, and connect with us in the heart of downtown as we honor the practice of yoga together.

After class, stay and enjoy pastries from Wingen and coffee from Bloom & Brew Mobile Coffee Cart, plus a special surprise from Lululemon.

Bring your mat, invite a friend, and come spend the morning with the Joya community. All levels are welcome.
