
Inner Connections: A Myo-Yin Experience
Slow down and tune in, melting away tension and bringing balance to your body by using myofascial release (MFR) techniques combined with the quiet practice of Yin Yoga. This artful fusion together can be a deliciously potent mind-body experience, tapping into the body's incredible potential.
In this practice we will weave the theme to explore your inner connections to a deeper awareness incorporating mobility, strengthening and reviving connective tissue and to help facilitate healthy energetic (chi) flow.
This 2-hour workshop will combine the long holds of yin yoga poses with self myofascial release techniques using tools such as yoga blocks, massage therapy balls and blankets followed by a 20-30 minute sound healing session to unwind tension and invite ease into the evening.
This is a perfect gift for all practitioners to reset the body. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed. All is welcomed, no yoga experience is needed. Bring your own yoga mat.

Lisa is a yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. She is certified in many different disciplines, including primary group fitness, functional anatomy, and pain care restorative yoga. Lisa loves to help her students connect with their own power and intuition, and she firmly believes that the practice of yoga can benefit everyone.
Lisa is also an E-RYT 500 and a Yoga Alliance registered teacher. She has taught all around the world, sharing her passion for the practice with people of all ages and backgrounds. When she's not on her mat or teaching a class, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves travelling and exploring new cultures, as well as tasting new dessert recipes and practicing Yin Yoga.
