jFlow Power Vinyasa classes are based on powerful, energetic & playful yoga asanas and students need at least 1 month experience practicing Vinyasa poses. Develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as you deepen your practice and build your strength. Classes will vary from instructor to instructor. This is a heated class. Arm balances and inversions may be be included.
