jFlow Power Vinyasa Yoga
jFlow Power Vinyasa classes are based on powerful, energetic & playful yoga asanas and students need at least 1 month experience practicing Vinyasa poses. Develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind as you deepen your practice and build your strength. Classes will vary from instructor to instructor. This is a heated class. Arm balances and inversions may be be included.

jFlow is a vinyasa yoga class which combines movement in and out of postures with breathwork to create strength and flexibility of body and mind.
In Bikram Yoga, the series is comprised of twenty-six postures that systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body.
