Rolling for Release: Yoga Teacher Training
Take your yin practice to the next level with myofascial release. In this program, we will learn about the fascia weaving throughout our body, and how to keep it as it's best with the use of natural rubber balls. Learn where to place balls and how to move with breath to create your own massage techniques and hydrate the fascia. Elevate your asana postures as you become your own massage therapist, pamper your muscles, and revitalize the brain/body connection.
Alison: E-RYT® 500, YACEP®. Alison has been practicing yoga for several decades and teaching yoga for over a decade. She is passionate about movement, exploration, and fun... all while helping members take lessons off the mat. Alison co-facilitates the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and leads the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program at Joya. When not teaching yoga, you can find Alison outside, reading her book or traveling the world.
