Joya Ambassador Program

JOYA Ambassadors are the faces, hearts, and souls of our community. They embody the values of JOYA and share our passion for wellness, movement, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

As a JOYA Ambassador, you'll help expand our presence in the community by representing JOYA at studio events, community festivals, chamber events, and special outreach opportunities. Ambassadors participate in quarterly team meetings and serve as enthusiastic advocates for the JOYA experience.

As a valued member of the Ambassador Team, you'll receive:

Ambassador Requirements

To be eligible and remain active in the program, Ambassadors must:

• Commit to five (5) volunteer shifts per year (2–3 hours each) at JOYA pop-up events and/or Chamber of Commerce events
  • Shifts may be completed at a single event or spread across multiple events
• Maintain at least one active social media account
• Share and tag JOYA in social media stories at least twice per month, highlighting your wellness journey and connection to the community
• Stay informed by reviewing JOYA's monthly Ambassador newsletter and updates
• Support the promotion of JOYA workshops, retreats, events, giveaways, and special offerings through your social channels
• Have been a JOYA member for at least six months before applying
• Attend classes at a JOYA studio at least twice per week
• Commit to a minimum one-year term in the Ambassador Program
• Feel comfortable engaging with community members and speaking about the JOYA experience
• Be able to lift up to 15 pounds when assisting with event setup and transportation of promotional materials
• Attend Ambassador onboarding training and participate in quarterly team meetings via Zoom
